09 / From the owner

Family-operated, not a national chain

We launched with a single truck and a few units, and that hands-on approach hasn't changed. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd trust to park on my own property. We're a family operation, so when something isn't right, it falls on us, and we make it right before the day is over.

I track every delivery on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I'm the one calling you before you need to call me.

Common questions we get

How does a long-term rental work?

We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit in place until you let us know it's time for pickup.

What kind of spot do you need for delivery?

A flat, firm area that our service truck can access, free from low-hanging wires and away from any active digging.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

They are. Our ADA-accessible units feature step-free entry, an oversized door, grab bars, and enough room to maneuver a wheelchair.

What happens during the weekly service visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

How much lead time do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer events. Reach out earlier if you need a holiday weekend.
